WHY SPIRAL BOOKKEEPING?

A little about why I started this company and what I bring to the table for you.

After working in Accounting, Payroll and Office Administration for over 25 years, I wanted to create a business that would offer support to small businesses who need someone to set up and maintain an organized and orderly bookkeeping and office system. A system that will take the stress and confusion of keeping books off your shoulders, freeing your time and energy so you can focus on the priority of building and growing your business.

My first passion has always been to organize. I love creating smooth, functioning systems that will give a business a strong foundation and roots to grow.

Along with hands on learning in both the private and public sectors accounting departments I have also gained a broad range of skills in payroll, benefits management, tax filing, financial budgeting, purchasing, contract procurement, asset and inventory tracking and control.

My certified training and some of the programs I am adept in using include: Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor with Advanced Payroll training, Advanced Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook etc) and OpenOffice freeware.
